Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana produktivitas kerja pegawai yang berada Pada Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda Dan Olah Raga Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Produktivitas kerja pegawai pada dinas tersebut sudah baik jika dilihat dari 5 indikator; disiplin kerja, pendidikan/keterampilan/, Motivasi kerja, Manajemen, Hasil kerja yang digunakan untuk melihat sejauh mana produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas tersebut
