Nurhayirina Ndjue. 931 412 068. 2016. Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Di Kantor Kecamatan Tilongkabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai di kantor Kecamatan Tilongkabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Metode Kuantitatif, melalui analisis regresi sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioneri. Dengan menentukan informan kunci yakni Camat Tilongkabila dan informan pendukung yakni pegawai yang berada di kantor camat terssebut.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawaiKantor Kecamatan Tilongkabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango Provinsi Gorontalo. Besar pengaruh dari kepemimpinan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Tilongkabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango Provinsi Gorontalo adalah sebesar 32,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 67,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian peneliti mengemukakan saran untuk para pegawai pada Kantor Camat Tilongkabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango hendaknya selalu meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pegawai mereka agar tujuan organisasi tercapai sesuai dengan yang ditentukan dan untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengamati variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas kerja pegawai selain Kepemimpinan,budaya kerja,motivasi, dll.

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the leadership of the effectiveness of employees working at the district office Tilongkabila Bone Bolango District. This research was conducted using Quantitative Methods, via simple regression analysis. Data collected through observation, interviews and kuesioneri. By determining the key informants and informant Head Tilongkabila supporting the employees who were at the district office terssebut.
The results of this study indicate that the leadership significantly influence the effectiveness of the District pegawaiKantor Tilongkabila Bolango Bone regency, Gorontalo province. The influence of leadership on the effectiveness of employee District Office Tilongkabila Bolango Bone regency, Gorontalo province amounted to 32.8% while the remaining 67.2% is influenced by other variables. Based on the results of the study researchers suggested advice to the employees at the Head Office Tilongkabila Bone District Bolango should always enhance the effectiveness of their employees in order to achieve organizational goals as determined and for further research are expected to observe other variables that may influence the effectiveness of the work of employees in addition to leadership, culture work, motivation, etc.
