Fiera Zelinsa Laisa. Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Primarindo Kencana Kota Gorontalo. di bawah bimbingan Pembimbing I IrwanYantu, S.Pd, M.Si dan Pembimbing II Ibu Hj. Valentina Monoarfa,SE,MM
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Primarindo Kencana Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini dilakukan 4 bulan yaitu Februari sampai Mei 2018. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah Non probabilty dengan teknik penarikan sampel Jenuh (Sensus) pada seluruh karyawan PT. Primarindo Kencana (Hotel Maqna) yang berjumlah 45 karyawan
Hasil pengujian Instrumen validitas menunjukan rhitung > rtabel artinya valid dan reliabilitas berada diatas 0,8 artinya sangat reliabel. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan analisis regresi sederhana yaitu, Y = + X + = 18.253 + 0,445X. Hasil uji t menunjukan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa Fhitung > Ftabel dengan signifikansi 0,000 artinya model yang ditawakan Fit atau model yang digunakan dapat memprediksi masalah dalam penelitian ini. Koefesien Korelasi motivasi kerja mempunyai hubungan kuat dengan variabel dependent. Adapun koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukan besarnya kontribusi 0,365 atau 36,5% dan sisanya sebesar 0,635 atau 63,5 % berupa kontribusi dari faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diikutsertakan dan diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti pengalaman kerja, pendidikan, disiplin kerja, ketrampilan, lingkungan kerja serta kompensasi

Fiera zelinsa laisa. The effect of work motivation on employees work productivity at PT. Primarindo Kencana Of Gorontalo City. The principal supervisor is Irwan Yantu S. Pd, M.Si, and the co-supervisor is Hj.Valentina Monoarfa, SE, MM.
The purpose of this research is to determine the effecy of work motivation on the employees' work productivity at PT. Primarindo kencana of Gorontalo City. This research was conducted 4 months from February to May 2018. The Sampling method is non-probability with total sampling technique (cencus) on all employees PT. Primarindo Kencana (Hotel Maqna) which amounts to 45 employees.
Test results for validity instruments shows r count > r table means valid, and reability is above 0.8 and it means very reliable while the research finding shows multiple regression sampling Y = + X + = 18.253 + 0,445X. The result of the test shows work motivation variable has significant positive effect on work productifity of the employee. Results of F fest how that F count > F table with significant 0,000 or it means that the model offered Fit or applied model can predict the problem in this research. The correlation coefficient of work motivation has a strong relationship with the dependent variable. As for the coefficient of determination (R2) shows the contribution of 0.365 or 36.5% is in the form of contributions from factors that are not included and researched in this study such as work experience, education, work discipline, skills, work environment as well as compersation.
