Abstrak
Saprudin Ahmad. Student ID Number 931415019. Bachelor���s Degree in Management. Faculty of Economics. 2019. The Influence of Financial Compensation to Work Productivity of Employees at PT Pabrik Gula Gorontalo. The principal supervisor is Dr. Abd Rahman Pakaya, M.Si., and the co-supervisor is Hj. Lisda L. Asi, S.Pd., M.Si. The research aimed to examine and prove empirically: whether or not there is influence of Financial Compensation to Work Productivity of Employees at PT Pabrik Gula Gorontalo. The research population was employees at PT Pabrik Gula Gorontalo, namely 500 respondents and the samples were 83 permanent employees. The samples were selected by probability sampling, a technique where all elements of the population have the same opportunity to be samples. Meanwhile, the sampling applied proportionate stratified random sampling in which it is a method that retrieves samples randomly by paying attention to strata in the population. The data obtained from the collection were analyzed by using a simple regression analysis. The result of the regression analysis result showed that the significance value of t count was lower than alpha and the value of t count was higher than the t table thus H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted or Financial Compensation had positive and significant influence to work productivity of employees. The influence of Financial Compensation (X) was 0,000 < 0.05 and t Count 7,857 > t table 1,664. Therefore, the hypothesis of t-test for Ha (variable of Financial Compensation) had influence. In addition, the first hypothesis (Ha) could be proven or accepted. The value of R-Square was 0,432 or 43,2% of the financial compensation variable contributed to the influence work productivity of employees variable. Meanwhile, the rest 56,8% was influenced by several factors that were not studied in the research such as motivation, training, leadership style, and work spirit that could influence productivity.
