Abstrak
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari lingkungan kerja (X) terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai (Y). Data dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner pada pegawai yang ada di Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Perukiman Kota Gorontalo, sehingga data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 47 orang responden. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan populasi pada objek penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan populasi pada objek penelitian. Dengan Metode analisis analisis regresi linear sederhana.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Di Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Kota Gorontalo. Koefisien determinasi atau angka R square menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai sebesar 52,1% sedangkan sisanya 47,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yakni diantaranya adalah sikap kerja, tingkat ketrampilan, kepemimpinan, dan kewiraswastaan.

This study was generated from examining the effect of the work environment (X) on employee productivity (Y). The research data was primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees at the Gorontalo City Housing and Settlement Service. Furthermore, 47 respondents were included as the study population and the entire population as the samples; which were taken by descriptive quantitative method. In addition, the analytical method used was simple linear regression analysis. The results indicated that the work environment had a significant effect on employees' productivity at the Public Housing and Settlement Areas of Gorontalo City. The coefficient of determination or the number R square showed the magnitude of the influence of the Work Environment on Employee Work Productivity at 52.1% while the remaining 47.9% was influenced by other factors i.e., work attitude, skill level, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
