Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPM-PTSP) Kota Gorontalo. Data dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dengan cara melakukan penyebaran angket kepada pegawai sehingga data dalam penelitian ini yakni data primer. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPM-PTSP) Kota Gorontalo. Ketika Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) semakin patuh dan taat terhadap aturan disiplin dalam bekerja maka Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPM-PTSP) Kota Gorontalo akan mampu untuk meningkatkan capaian kinerjanya. Nilai koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,334. Nilai ini berarti bahwa sebesar 33,40% kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPM-PTSP) Kota Gorontalo dipengaruhi oleh disiplin kerja. Adapun pengaruh dari variabel lain terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) sebesar 66,60% yakni Sebagaimana pernyataan Mangkunegara (2015:67) terdiri atas variable kompetensi ASN, komitmen ASN, gaya kepemimpinan, pegawasan kerja dan budaya kerja organisasi.

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Department of Investmen and One-Stop Services Department of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service of Gorontalo Municipality. The data in this study are primary data. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression.
The result of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the statecivil apparatus at the department of investment and one-stop services of Gorontalo municipality. When the state civil apparatus becomes more obedient to the rules of disciplines at work, the state Civil Apparatus in the Department of Investment and One-Stop Services of Gorontalo Municipality will be able to improve its performance. The coefficient of determination R2 is 0.334. This value means that 33.40% of the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Department of Investment and One-Stop Services of Gorontalo Municipality is influenced by work discipline. The influence of other variables on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus is 66.60%, as stated by Mangkunegara (2015: 67) Consisting of State Civil Apparatus competency, State Civil Apparatus commitment, leadership style, work supervision, and organizational work culture
