Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perangkat desa di kantor Desa Kecamatan Randangan Kabupaten Pohuwato. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perangkat desa yang ada di kantor desa, yang berjumlah 62 orang. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini yakni primer. Teknik pengumpulan dengan cara menyebarkat angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa di kantor Desa Wilayah Selatan Kecamatan Randangan Kabupaten Pohuwato dengan nilai sebesar 42,4%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti fasilitas kantor, motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan budaya organisasi. Hasil pengujian positif memiliki makna bahwa terciptanya kinerja perangkat desa di Kantor Desa Kecamatan Randangan Kabupaten Pohuwato yang baik terjadi karena kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja sudah berjalan dengan baik.

The Principal Supervisor is Dr. Zuchri Abdussamad, S.I.K., M.Si, and the Co-supervisor is Dr. Yanti Aneta, S.Pd., M.Si.The present research aimed to identify the effect of leadership and work discipline on the performance of village officials in the village offices in Randangan Subdistrict, Pohuwato Regency. It employed a quantitative approach where the respondets were all village officials in the village offices, totaling 62 people. The data used in this research were primary data, and the data collection was carried out by scattering questionnaires. Besides, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The research finding discovered that leadership and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials in the Village Offices in Randangan Subdistrict, Pohuwato Regency, with a value of 42,4%. The remaining 57.6% was affected by other variables that were not examined in this reserch, such as office facilities, work motivation, compensation, and organizational culture. The positive test result meant that the good performance of village officials in the Village Offices Randangan Subdistrict, Pohuwato Regency occurs because of good leadership and work discipline.
