Rindiyani S. Abas. 941418020. 2022 Implementasi Program Kebijakan Alokasi Dana Desa Dalam Pembangunan Infrastruktur Masyarakat (Studi Kasus di Desa Boludawa Kecamatan Suwawa). Program S1 Administrasi Publik, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dengan pembimbing I Dr. Fenti Prihatini Dance Tui, S.Pd. M.Si dan pembimbing II Romy Tantu, S.Sos, M.Si
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1)Implementasi Kebijakan Alokasi Dana Desa Dalam Pembangunan Infrastruktur Masyarakat di Desa Boludawa Kecamatan Suwawa Kabupaten Bone Bolango, dilihat dari aspek Komunikasi, Sumberdaya, Disposisi dan Struktur Birokrasi. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis peneltian deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dianalisis di lapangan bahwa (1)Proses Implementasi Program Kebijakan Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya di Desa Boludawa Kecamatan Suwawa Kabupaten Bone Bolango meliputi aspek Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Laporan dan Pertanggungjawaban dan Pengawasan sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Akan tetapi, masih ada kendala-kendala yang kurang seperti dalam hal pelaksanaan belum maksimal. (2)faktor-faktor yang Menentukan Keberhasilan Implementasi Kebijakan Alokasi Dana Desa Dalam Pembangunan Infrastruktur Masyarakat di Desa Boludawa Kecamatan Suwawa Kabupaten Bone Bolango, dilihat dari aspek Komunikasi, Sumber Daya, Disposisi dan Struktur Birokrasi sudah dilakukan dengan baik, tetapi masih belum maksimal karena sumber daya yang ada masih kurang dan belum berkompeten, serta pemberian informasi terhadap kegiatan yang di lakukan oleh pemerintah desa sudah sesuai.

This research aimed to determine (1) the Implementation of Village Fund Allocation Policy In Community Infrastructure Development in Boludawa Village, Suwawa Sub-District, Bone Bolango Regency, viewed from the aspects of Communication, Resources, Dispotition, and Bureacratic Structure. The method used was a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research, while the data were colleted through observation, interviews, and documentation.
The results showed that (1) The process of implementing the Self-Supporting Housing Stimulant Assistance Program in Boludawa Village, Suwawa Sub-district, Bone BolangoRegency includes aspects of Planning, Implementation, Reporting and Accountability, and Supervision which has been carried out properly. However, there are still obstacles, such as less optimal performance in terms of implementation. (2) Factors that determine the success of the implementation of the village Fund Allocation Policy Program in Community Infrastructure Deveploment in Boludawa Village, Suwawa Sub-district, Bone Bolango Regency, viewed from the aspects of Communiaction, Resources, Dispotition, and Bureaucratic Structure, have been carried out well, but are still not optimal because the existing resources are still lacking and incompetent. However, the provision of information on the activities carried out by the village government is appropriate.
