Abstrak
Andriani Lauris. 941418038. 2022. Pengaruh Kebijakan Alokasi Dana Desa Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Kecamatan Kabila Bone Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Program studi S1 Administrasi Publik, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, di bawah Bimbingan Bapak Dr. Zuchri Abdussamad, S.I.K, M.Si Selaku Pembimbing 1 Dan Bapak Dr. Ismet Sulila, S.E., M.Si Selaku Pembimbing 2.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan alokasi dana desa terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat kecamatan kabila bone kabupaten bone bolango. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Adapun jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 terdiri dari perangkat desa dan masyarakat. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini yakni analisis kuantitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kebijakan alokasi dana desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kecamatan Kabila Bone Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Nilai Koefisien regresi dengan arah positif menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan alokasi dana desa yang baik akan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di kecamatan kabila bone kabupaten bone bolango. Besarnya koefisien determinasi atau angka R Square adalah sebesar 0,394. Nilai menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 39,4% (kategori moderat) variabilitas kesejahteraan masyarakat di kecamatan kabila bone kabupaten bone bolango dapat dijelaskan oleh kebijakan alokasi dana desa sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60,6% (kategori moderat) lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar variabel Kebijakan Alokasi Dana Desa seperti faktor kepemimpinan, peran pendamping desa dan sebagainya Semakin baik kebijakan alokasi dana desa, maka akan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kecamatan Kabila Bone Kabupaten Bone Bolango.

This study aims to determine the effect of village fund allocation policy on the welfare of the community of Kabila Bone Sub-District, Bone Bolango Regency. Data
were collected through a questionnaire. The number of samples was 99 consisting of village officials and the community. Data were analyzed using a quantitative analysis method.
The results showed that the village fund allocation policy had a positive and significant impact on the welfare of the community in Kabila Bone Sub-District, Bone Bolango Regency. The value of the regression coefficient with a positive direction indicates that a good village fund allocation policy will be able to improve the welfare of the community in Kabila Bone Sub-District, Bone Bolango Regency. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination or the number of R Square is 0.394. The value showed that 39.4% variability of community
welfare in Kabila Bone Sub-District, Bone Bolango Regency can be explained by the village fund allocation policy. Meanwhile, the remaining 60.6% was influenced by other factors outside the village funds allocation policy variable, such as leadership factors, the role of village facilitators, and so on. Thus, it can be concluded that the better the the community in Kabila Banc Sub District Bone Bolango Regency.allocation policy, the better the welfare of the community in Kabila Bone Sub District Bone Bolango Regency.
