Abstrak
LILY LUSTY LESTARI. 2022. Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Skripsi, Jurusan S1 Administrasi Publik, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. dengan pembimbing Bapak Prof. Dr. Arifin Tahir, M.Si dan Bapak Dr. Yacob Noho Nani, S.Pd., M.Si.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Pegawai terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bone Bolango.Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian adala kuantitatif dengan sampel berjumlah 54 orang dan jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan penyebaran angket atau kuisioner kepadapegawai. Teknik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana.
Hasil uji analisis regresi yang menunjukan Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Kabupaten Bone Bolango.Dengan demikian hipotesis (Ha) dapat diterima. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,363 dengan kata lain bahwa sebesar 36,3% dari variabel bebas yaitu (X) Disiplin Kerja memberikan kontribusi untuk variabel (Y) Kualitas Pelayanan publik, adapun sisanya sebesar 0,637 atau 63,7% berupa kontribusi dari faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diikutsertakan dan diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

This present research aimed to figure out the effect of employee work discipline on public services quality at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bone Bolango Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 54 people, and the research data were primary data. Additionally, the data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees. The data analysis technique used was simple regression analysis.
The results of the regression analysis test depicted that work discipline affected public service quality at the Population and Registration Office of Bone Bolango Regency. Thus, the hypothesis (Ha) could be accepted. In the meantime, The R-Square value in this research was 0.363 meaning that 36,3% of the independent variable (X), namely Work Discipline contributed to the dependent variable (Y), namely Public Service Quality. In contrast the remaining 0.637 or 63,7% were affected by other factors that were not included and examined in this research.
