Abstrak
Ni Luh Putu Desi Parwati. 941418070. 2022. Kinerja Penyuluh Dalam Pelayanan Umat Hindu di Kabupaten Pohuwato, Provinsi Gorontalo. Program SI Administrasi Publik, Jurusan Administrasi Publik, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dengan Pembimbing I Dr. H. Rosman Ilato, M.Pd dan Pembimbing II Dr. Rustam Tohopi, S.Pd, M.Si.
Tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan 1) Kinerja Penyuluh Dalam Pelayanan Umat Hindu di Kabupaten Pohuwato Provinsi Gorontalo, yang dikaji dari 1. Kemampuan, 2. Kerjasama, dan 3. Hasil kerja. 2) Faktor Penentu Kinerja Penyuluh Dalam Pelaksanaan Pembinaan Agama Hindu di Kabupaten Pohuwato Provinsi Gorontalo, yang dikaji dari 1. Faktor internal, dan 2. Faktor eksternal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Informan penelitian berjumlah 15 (lima belas) orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Sebagai kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Kinerja penyuluh dalam pelayanan umat hindu di Kabupaten Pohuwato sudah terlaksana dengan baik, maka perlu adanya peningkatan, yang hal tersebut dilihat dari : 1. Kemampuan, penyuluh agama hindu sudah mendapatkan bimbingan seperti pelatihan atau (DIKLAT) 2. Kerjasama penyuluh sudah terjalin dengan baik dan 3. Hasil kerja penyuluh sudah terlihat dari perubahan masyarakat hindu yang sudah bisa memahami tentang keagamaan. 2) Faktor penentu kinerja penyuluh dalam pelayanan umat hindu yaitu faktor internal yang terdiri dari a) Sikap dari penyuluh sudah memiliki sikap ramah dan terbuka dalam melakukan penyuluh, b) Keahlian penyuluh dalam menyampaikan pesan agama dan mampu memberikan informasi yang benar kepada masyarakat. Faktor eksternal yang terdiri dari a) komunikasi yang baik sudah ditunjukan oleh para penyuluh, sehingga mampu untuk mempengaruhi umat hindu di Kabupaten Pohuwato, b) fasilitas dilapangan juga sangat minim yang dimiliki penyuluh salah satunya seperti tidak ada tempat untuk melakukan mediasi terhadap umat hindu dalam melakukan perdamaian.

ASTRACT
Ni Luh Putu Desi Parwati. 941418070. 2022. Performance of Extension Workers in the Service of Hindus in Pohuwato Regerency, Gorontalo Province. Bachelor's Degree Program in Public Administration, Dapartement of Public Administration, Faculty of Sosial Science, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The principal supervisor is Dr. H. Rosman Ilato, M.Pd, and the co-supervisor is Dr. Rustam Tohopi, S.Pd, M.Si.
The recent study aims to find out and describe 1) the performance of extension workers in the service of Hindus in Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province, which is examined from 1. ability, 2. cooperation, and 3. work results. 2) The determinants of the performance of the extension workers in the implementation of Hindu religious development in Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province, are examined from 1. internal factor and 2. external factor. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative method. Research informants amounted to 15 (fifeteen) people. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.
The study conclusions are 1) The performance of the extension workers in the service of Hindus in Pohuwato Regncy has been carried out well, so there is a need for improvement, this can be seen from 1. ability, Hindu extension workers have received guidance such as training or (DIKLAT), 2. The cooperation between the extension workers has been well established, and 3. The results of the work of the extensio workers have been seen from the changes in the Hindu community who are able to comprehend about the religion. 2) The determinants of the performance of the extension workers in the service of Hindus are internal factors consisting of a) The attitude of the extension workers already has a friendly and open attitude in conducting counseling, b) the expertise in conveying religious messages and being abble to provide precise information to the public. External factors consist of a) the extension workers have shown good communication, which influences the Hindus in Pohuwato Regency, b) the facilities owned by the extension workers are also very minimal, one of which thre is no place to mediate the Hindus in making peace.
