Abstrak

RONAL HULOPI. 941418071. 2022 Implementasi Kebijakan Vaksinasi Covid-19 Pada Masyarakat Di Kecamatan Randangan Kabupaten Pohuwato. Program S1 Administrasi Publik, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dengan pembimbing I : Dr. Sri Yulianty Mozin, S.T., MPA dan dosen pembimbing II: Dr. Rusli Isa, M.Si.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Implementasi Kebijakan Vaksinasi Covid-19 Pada Masyarakat Di Kecamatan Randangan Kabupaten Pohuwato dan (2) Faktor-faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan Implementasi Kebijakan Vaksinasi Covid-19 pada Masyarakat di Kecamatan Randangan Kabupaten Pohuwato. dilihat menggunakan teori teori Yunus, H.A (2014) dan juga menggunakan Charles O. Jones. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara, teknik observasi, dan teknik dokumenter.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dianalisa di lapangan bahwa (1) Implementasi Kebijakan Vaksinasi Covid-19 Pada Masyarakat Di Kecamatan Randangan Kabupaten Pohuwato, dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan tiga aspek dalam mengukur Implementasi Kebijakan Vaksinasi Covid-19 Pada Masyarakat Di Kecamatan Randangan Kabupaten Pohuwato yaitu. Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi melihat dari hasil penelitian tentang ketiga aspek diatas masih belum efektiv dikarenakan ada sebagian masyarkat yang belum memahami apa yang telah dijalankan dalam kebijakan vaksinasi covid-19 (2) Faktor-faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan Implementasi Kebijakan Vaksinasi Covid-19 pada Masyarakat di Kecamatan Randangan Kabupaten Pohuwato. dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan tiga aspek yaitu. Organisasi, Interpretasi dan Aplikasi. Dengan melihat hasil penelitian ketiga aspek tersebut disimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor tersebut sangat berpengaruh serta menentukan Implementasi Kebijakan Vaksinasi Covid-19 Pada Masyarakat dan faktor-fator tersebut telah terlaksanan namun masih belum efektiv juga karena masalah yang ditemukan dilapangan adalah masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mau menjalankan aturan protokol yang telah di anjurkan oleh pemerintah terlebih lagi masyarakat masih belum memahami secara penuh apa itu vaksiasi covid-19 hal ini dikarenakan masih kurangnya edukasi dari pemerintah terkait dengan vaksinasi covid-19.
Kesimpulan bahwa program Vaksinasi covid-19 di Kecamatan Randangan Kabupaten Pohuwato berjalan sesuai prosedur yang telah di atur dengan kebijakan yang ada.

RONAL HULOPI. 941418071. 2022. Implementation of the Covid-19 Vaccination Policy for the Community in Randangan Sub-district, Pohuwato Regency. The principal supervisor is Dr. Sri Yulianty Mozin, S.T., MPA., and the co-supervisor is Dr. Rusli Isa, M.Si.
This study aims to determine (1) the implementation of the Covid-19 Vaccination policy in the community in Randangan sub-district, Pohuwato Regency, and (2) the Factors that determine the success of the implementation of the Covid-19 Vaccination policy in the community in Randangan Sub-district, Pohuwato Regency using the theory of Yunus, H.A (2014) and Charles O. Jones. This research uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research, while the data collection techniques are interview, observation, and documentation/documentary.
Based on the results of the research analyzed, it shows that (1) the implementation of the Covid-19 Vaccination policy in the communities in Randangan Sub-district, Pohuwato Regency is measured by the researcher using three aspects namely planning, implementation, and evaluation, seeing from the results of research on the three aspects above, it is still not effective because some people do not understand what has been carried out in the covid-19 vaccination policy. (2) The factors that determine the success of the Covid-19 Vaccination policy in the community in Randangan Sub-district, Pohuwato Regency include three aspects, namely organization, interpretation and application. By looking at the results of the research on these three aspects, it is concluded that these factors are very influential and determine the implementation, of the Covid-19 Vaccination Policy in the community. These factors have been implemented but are still not effective because the problems found in the field are many people do not want to obey protocol relus by the government, espectialiy the people still do not fully understand what the Covid-19 Vaccination is, this is because there is still a lack of education from the govermment related to the cCovid-19 Vaccination.
In conclusion, the covid-19 vaccination program in Randangan Sub-district, Pohuwato Regency has run in accordance with the procedure stipulated in the exiting policy.
