Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat Dalam Pelayanan Kartu Keluarga Pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Pendekatan penelitian ini yakni kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak ðÂÂ'�641.438 orang yang kemudian dengan rumus slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini yakni primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan penyebaran angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif nilai indeks kepuasan masyarakat (IKM).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa indeks kepuasan masyarakat (IKM) dalam pelayanan memiliki skor IKM sebesar 77,17% yang berada pada kriteria mutu yang baik (mutu B). Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bone Bolango sudah dalam keadaan yang baik atau mampu memberikan kepuasan kepada masyarakat meskipun masih terdapat hal-hal yang harus dibenahi. Baiknya indeks kepuasan masyarakat tersebut karena persyaratan pelayanan yang tidak memberatkan masyarakat, waktu pelayanan yang sesuai SOP, biaya/tarif layanan yang sesuai bahkan cenderung tidak adanya tarif, produk layanan yang inovatif yang dibuktikan dengan adanya mall pelayanan pubik di Kabupaten Bone Bolango hingga kompetensi petugas layanan yang mulai optimal.

This research aims to find out the community satisfaction index in family card services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Bone Bolango Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design. The population in this study is 641.438 people, while the samples are 100 people taken by using Slovin formula. The data used in this research are primary data, in which it is obtained by scattering questionnaires. At the same time, the data analysis technique employed is descriptive statistics on community satisfaction index (IKM) value.
The finding of this present research denotes that the community satisfaction index (CSI) in family card service has a CSI score of 77.17%, included in good quality criteria (quality B). This indicates that the services provided by the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Bone Bolango Regency are in good condition or able to provide satisfaction to the community even though there are still things that must be addressed. The good community satisfaction index can be perceptible from the service requirements that do not burden the community, service times according to standard operating procedures, appropriate service fees/tariffs and even tend to have no tariffs, innovative service products as evidenced by the existence of a public service mall in Bone Bolango Regency and competence of service officers which begin to be optimal.
