Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh transparansi terhadap pengelolaan dana desa di Kantor Desa Pilolalenga Kecamatan Dungaliyo Kabupaten Gorontalo. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan penyebaran angket atau kuesioner kepada aparat pemerintah Desa Pilolalenga dan Masyarakat Desa Pilolalenga. Teknik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana.
Hasil uji analisis regresi sederhana menunjukan pengaruh transparansi terhadap pengelolaan dana desa di Kantor Desa Pilolalenga Kecamatan Dungaliyo Kabupaten Gorontalo. Dengan demikian hipotesis (Ha) dapat diterima. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,193 dengan kata lain bahwa sebesar 19,3 dari variabel bebas yaitu (X) Transparansi memberikan kontribusi untuk variabel (Y) Pengelolaan Dana Desa, Adapun sisanya sebesar 0,803 atau 80,3% berupa kontribusi dari faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diikutsertakan dan diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu Komunikasi kemampuan sumber daya, Sikap Pelaksana, Struktur Birokrasi, Lingkungan serta Ukuran dan Tujuan Kebijakan.

This research aimed to determine the effect of transparency on managing village funds in the Pilolalenga Village Office, Dungaliyo Subdistrict, Gorontalo Regency. The research samples were 30 people, while the data used in this research was in the form of primary data. Additionally, the data collection was carried out by scattering questionnaires to the village government and the community in Pilolalenga Village. At the same time, the data analysis technique used was simple regression analysis.
The simple regression analysis test results indicated the effect of transparency on the management of village funds at the Pilolalenga Village Office, Dungaliyo Subdistrict, Gorontalo Regency, in which the hypothesis (Ha) could be accepted. The research obtained an R Square value of 0.193, meaning that 19.3% of the independent variable, namely Transparency (X), contributed to the variable (Y), namely the management of village funds. In contrast, the remaining 0.803 or 80.3% were affected by other factors that were not included and examined in this research, namely communication skills, resources, the attitude of implementers, bureaucratic structure, environment, and policy standards and objectives.
