Abstrak

IQBAL NAIM. 941418099. 2022 Efektivitas Program GENRE (Generasi Berencana) Dalam Pembangunan Keluarga Berkualitas di Kecamatan Dungingi Kota Gorontalo. Program S1 Administrasi Publik, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dengan pembimbing I Drs. Rusli Isa, M.Si, dan dosen pembimbing II Rustam Tuhopi, S.Pd, M.Si
Tujuan dari Penelitian Untuk mengetahui seberpa efektivitasnya kebijakan dan kendala pelaksanaan program Generasi Berencana (GenRe) di Kecamatan Dungingi Kota Gorontalo, dengan Indikator Karakteristik organisasi, karakteristik teknologi, karakteristik lingkungan, karateristik pekerja. Metode Penetilian ini menggunakan Deskripsi Kualitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data yang dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam kepada infroman.
Temuan hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Tentunya pelaksanaan program GENRE akan lebih efektif ketika para aktif tetapi dari data yang didapatkan peneliti dilapangan anggota kelompok PIK-R dan BKR belum maksimal dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai bukti dilapangan banyak program sosialisasi tidak terlaksana dengan baik, hal ini didasari oleh kuranya motivasi terhadap pekerja yang menjalankan program GENRE dan sumber daya manusia. Faktor-faktor yang Menentukan efektivitasnya kebijakan dan kendala pelaksanaan program Generasi Berencana (GenRe) di Kecamatan Dungingi Kota Gorontalo. yang meliputi karakteristik organisasi, teknologi, lingkungan dilaksanakan dengan baik, tetapi masih perlu memperhartikan karakteristik pekerja dalam pelaksanaan program GENRE di Kecamatan Dungingi Kota Gorontalo

Bachelor’s Degree Program in Public Administration, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The Principal Supervisor is Drs. Rusli Isa, M.Si., and the Co-Supervisor is Rustam Tuhopi, S.Pd., M.Si.
This Study aims to know the effectivenees of the policy implementation of the GenRe program and its constraints in Dungingi Sub-District, Gorontalo City, reviewed from indicators of organizational characteristic, technological characteristics, ebvironmental characteristics, and personel characteristics. This a descriptive qualitative study, while data collection technique uses in-depth interview.
The Findings show that the implementation of the GenRe program will be more effective when the personal is active. However, the data obtained in the field show that the personal of the PIK-R and BKR groups are not maximal in carrying out their duties. This can be seen from the number of outreach program that are not carried out properly due to the lack of human resource and motivation in carrying out the GenRe program. Factors the determine of the effectivenees and constraint of implementing the GenRe program in Dungingi Sub-Distric, Gorontalo City, Including Organizatioanl Characteristics, technolog, and environment, have been implemented well, but still, need to take into account the personal characteristics in the implementations program.
