Abstract

The existing computer technologi is a main requirement which cannot be overruled again in every human activity. Usage of computer technology is not forever brings positive impact, but earns is brings negativity impact. In consequence to avoid negativity impact, hence required law aspect. That's law aspect is divide into public law aspect and private law aspect.
