Abstract

Based on the above formulation of the problem can be determined objectives of this study were : (1)To determine the relationship of management information system with the performance of employees at the Detention Center (Detention) in Makassar, (2) To determine the relationship of service with the performance of employees at the Detention Center (Detention) in Makassar, (3)To determine the relationship of management information systems and services with employee performance at the House of Detention (Detention) in Makassar Here is a positive and significant relationship between management information system with the performance of employees at the Detention Center (Detention) in Makassar. There is a positive and significant relationship between the performance of employees in the service of the House of Detention (Detention) in Makassar. There is a positive and significant relationship between the management of information systems and services with employee performance at the House of Detention (Detention) in Makassar.
