Abstract

One phenomenon that happens it is a matter of education. the problem of education is a complex issue because it involved not only teachers and stutends. but overshadowed educational intitutions and goverment are also involved in it. viewed in terms of understanding that education is a concious and planned effort to create an atmosphere of learning and the learning process so that learners are actively developing the potential for him to have the spiritual power of religion, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character and skills needed themselves, society, nation and state. entering the 21st century word of education in Indonesia to be excited. the furor was not caused by the power of national education quality but more awareness of the dangers caused by the backwardness of education in Indonesia. juice is due to some fundamental things. keywords : crime education an the role of education in development.
