Abstract

This study aims to find out how big relationship decision-making style of leadership by the Head of middle school level (SMP) in the city of Gorontalo. In quantitative research methods, the object of research focuses on leadership style of first middle school principal and the principal decision-making Medium Level (SMP) in the City Of Gorontalo. This Study uses data collection technique in the form of questionnaires, and interviews. Theses data were then processed and analyzed using regression and correlation formula. The collected data was processed by using statistical test prior to testing normality of data on research data. This is intended to determine whether the research data come from populations with normal distribution or not. Furthermore, in order to test the hypothesis will be used correlation and simple regression analysis. Keyword: leadership Style and Decision Making
