Abstract

Questioned the effectiveness of gender because it has given birth to the different roles, responsibilities, rights and functions as well as the space activity of men and women in society. These differences ultimately makes people tend to discriminate and picky treatment of access, participation, and control the development and career development outcomes between men and women, while about protests and lawsuits related to injustice and discrimination against women much impact on behavior deviate towards character assassination against women with a view of women's ability to shrink and exaggerate that in others. Injustice and discrimination that occurs in almost all areas, ranging from international, state, religious, social, cultural, economic, career, and even up to the household level.
