Abstract

Introduction:The airm of this study is to develop indicators of coastal development on the welfare of fishing communities by enviromental factors and economy adaptation in Gorontalo utara district with Spatial Bayesian SEM and Machine Learning. Specific targets to be archieved is te existence of the development design so that the equalization of poor householder in coastal area in Indonesia especially in Gorontalo Utara district
