Abstract

This research aims at investigating the influence of weding time and row spacing toward growth and result of patchouli. This research was conducted at Talango Village, kabila sub-district, Bone Bolango District from April to August, 2016. This research applies Factorial Group Randomized design which consists of 2 factors. First factor is the weeding time with 3 levels of treatment; 1 time weeding at 2 MST, 2 times weeding at 2 MST and 4 MST and 3 times weeding at 2 MST, 4 MST and 6 MST. Second factor is row spacing with 2 levels of treatment; 50x50 cm and 100x 50 cm. Research finding shows that weeding times and row spacing treatments have significant influence to height of plant, number of leaves, fresh weight and dry weight, Meanwhile, interaction between weeding time and row spacing which influences the height of plant and number of leaves is at 6 MST, 8 MST, and 10 MST.
