Abstract

Many understand the conflict as something taboo, this conflict as something scary, conflict as something to be avoided, the conflict as something to be avoided. Management of potential conflicts are part of conflict management that have a role and contribute to the improvement of organizational performance. For the management of potential conflicts become strategically konseukuensi case of omission protracted, it will be detrimental to college. Completion and treatment taken top leadership conducted a quick response. Because conflict is inherent in human life that must be faced degan excitement and away from fear (phobia). In college coloring conflict many events academic, research and student needed a good conflict management, from identification, mapping (mapping) and management (management) conflict. Position the top leadership in the face of conflict is vital, therefore use a variety of approaches that fit the case and the conditions that occur so that the top leadership to get a decision quickly and accurately in order to realize a quality college of academic, research and community service.
