Abstract

Inter – etnic life in the province of Gorontalo to the current inter-ethnic relation are very harmonious. This condition is created thanks to mutual awereness between local government with local communities, where all have the same rights as etnic fill development in areas within the province of Gorontalo. This we can see in the role of non-indigenous etnic Gorontalo Province in trading activities in the province of Gorontalo. The local government treated the same as the original inhabitants of the etnic if others want to trade in the region. For the people of Gorontalo realize , that with the economics actors who come from etnic Chinese and Arabic will increase economic growth in the regions of Gorontalo. Life like this is also supported by the consciosness of ethnic immis who have commited etnic assimilation with the native inhabitants of Gorontalo, so they do not get trouble in conducting commerce in the area, but potential conflict may occur, if the population of etnic immis do not want mingle with society Gorontalo.
