Abstract

This study aims to determine the Copasus Youth Organization Program in Suka Damai Village, Lemito District, Pohuwato Regency and to determine the development and progress of the Youth Organization Programs. Collecting data in this study using qualitative methods, data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the Karang Taruna program had development and progress because the Youth Organization was able to carry out their programs so that they could help the welfare of the people in Suka Damai Village and provide positive things to the community. The objectives set by the Village Government are in line with the objectives of the Youth Organization. The programs have also been in accordance with the needs of the Youth Organization because the programs organized are in accordance with the wishes and needs of the Youth Organization. Judging from the impact obtained from this programs , the community and youth are able to develop their creativities, especially youth can develop their interests and talents through sports, arts and religion branches
