Abstract
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of village fund allocations (ADD)
in Hulawa Village, Telaga District, Gorontalo Regency. This research approach is a
qualitative approach. Where this qualitative approach is juridical empirical in other words
field research is used in order to obtain data based on interviews or direct information from
the village government, village officials, and the community to support research results
from 15 samples used as research respondents. By using data collection techniques using
the results of observations, interviews, and documentation of the results of the use of
village fund allocations. The results of this study indicate that the Effectiveness of
Utilization of Village Fund Allocations in Hulawa Village, uses several indicators to
determine the level of effectiveness including clarity of goals to be achieved, clarity of
strategy for achieving goals, analysis and formulation processes, careful planning for the
preparation of appropriate programs, availability of facilities and infrastructure. , as well
as an educational system of supervision and control. So the researchers drew conclusions
by looking at several indicators that became a reference in determining whether or not the
use of village fund allocations was effective. From some of the indicators above, the
researcher concludes that the effectiveness of the utilization of village fund allocations in
Hulawa village has been effective.
