Abstract

The aim of this study is at describing and find out the differences statistically of the students expectation towards the lecturers profile, both senior lecturer and junior lecturer, at the English Department Faculty of Letters and Culture Gorontalo State University in the 2010/2011 Academic Year, The population of this research is the students of English Department (553 students) that is distributed into four semesters (two, four, six, and eight) by determining the sample with proportional and stratified random sampling (82 samples). The method used in this research is ex-post facto descriptive comparative. The data is analyzed statistically (t-test).
