Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) disiplin waktu siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Popayato Kabupaten Pohuwato, 2) disiplin aturan siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Popayato Kabupaten Pohuwato, 3) disiplin berpakaian siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Popayato Kabupaten Pohuwato.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Angket dan Observasi. Adapun Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan : 1) Disiplin waktu siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Popayato Kabupaten Pohuwato terletak pada kriteria yang Baik, 2) Disiplin Aturan siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Popayato Kabupaten Pohuwato terletak pada kriteria yang Baik. 3) Disiplin Berpakaian siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Popayato Kabupaten Pohuwato terletak pada kriteria yang Baik.
Berdasarkan hasil di atas, maka saran dalam penelitian ini : 1) Kepala sekolah dan Guru berupaya untuk memotivasi, mengarahkan dan mengawasi siswa dalam menaati disiplin baik waktu, aturan maupun berpakaian baik di sekolah maupun di rumah, 2) Siswa, menjaga konsistensinya dalam membiasakan perilaku disiplin baik waktu, aturan maupun tata cara berpakaian sesuai dengan aturan yang ada di sekolah.

This study aims to find out: 1) discipline time students at One Junior High School in Popayato Of Pohuwato District, 2) discipline rules of students at One Junior High School in Popayato Of Pohuwato District, 3) discipline of students dressed at One Junior High School in Popayato Of Pohuwato District.
This research uses quantitative approach with descriptive type. Data collection techniques used are Questionnaire and Observation. The data analysis techniques in this study using descriptive statistics. The results showed: 1) discipline time of student at One Junior High School in Popayato Of Pohuwato District in Good criteria with precentage 82,39 %, 2) discipline rules of students at One Junior High School in Popayato Of Pohuwato District in Good criteria with precentage 82,09 %, 3) discipline students dressed at One Junior High School in Popayato Of Pohuwato District in Good criteria with precentage 75,74 %.
Based on the results, the suggestions : 1) The Headmaster and teachers attempt to motivate, direct and supervise students in obeying discipline both time, rules and dress both at school and at home, 2) Students, maintaining consistency in familiarizing behavior Discipline both time, rules and dress code in accordance with the rules that exist in the school.
