Abstract
ABSTRAK Djein Karim. 2017. Penguatan Lingkungan Sekolah Berbasis Religius di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gorontalo. Skripsi. Jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan. Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pembimbing : (I) Dr. Novianty Djafri, S.Pd.I, M.Pd.I (II). Drs.H.Muhammad Polinggapo, S.sos, M.Pd Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan; (1) nilai-nilai religius yang di terapkan di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gorontalo, (2) strategi pengembangan lingkungan sekolah berbasis religius di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga cara, yakni: (1) wawancara, (2) observasi, dan (3) dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif, dengan alur (a) reduksi data, (b) penyajian data, (c) penarikan kesimpulan. agar memperoleh keabsahan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan atau observasi terus menerus dan triangulasi teknik/metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) nilai-nilai yang diterapkan di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gorontalo diantaranya: (a) nilai ibadah, (b) kedisiplinan, (c) keteladanan. (2) strategi pengembangan lingkungan sekolah berbasis religius di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gorontalo meliputi: (a) integrasi mata pelajaran, (b) kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, (c) integrasi budaya sekolah. Untuk itu disarankan: (1) diharapkan bagi sekolah nilai-nilai religius ini dapat menjadi kekuatan sekolah dalam mengembangkan lembaganya menuju sekolah berbasis religius. (2) bagi kepala sekolah dan guru, dapat memberikan informasi bahwa nilai-nilai religius harus dijalankan sebagaimana mestinya sesuai dengan pengelolaannya yang di mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, serta evaluasi dari nilai-nilai religius, (3) bagi siswa dapat meningkatkan nilai-nilai religius dan dapat diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, (4) diharapkan bagi peneliti menjadi acuan peneliti di masa mendatang. Muhammad Polinggapo, S.Sos, M.Pd This study aims to describe: (1) religious values applied, and (2) improvement strategy of developing the religious-based school environment at SMP Muhamadiyah 1 Gorontalo. This study used qualitative approach with study case type of research. The technique of collecting data used interview, observation, and documentation. The data collected were analyzed descriptively by flow: (a) data reduction, (b) presentation of data, (c) drawing conclusions to obtain validity of data performed by observation or continuous observation and triangulation of techniques / methods. The results showed: (1) the values applied in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gorontalo include: (a) the value of worship, (b) discipline, (c) exemplary, (2) the strategy of developing a religious-based school environment in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gorontalo includes: (a) subject integration, (b) extracurricular activities, (c) school culture integration. It is suggested that: (1) the school will allow these religious values to become a school force in developing its institution towards a religious-based school. (2) the principal and teachers are expected to provide information that religious values should be carried out properly according to their management starting from planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of religious values. (3) the students are expected to increase religious values and can implement them in daily life, (4) the researcher is expected to make reference for the future research.
