Suriati Radji. 2012. Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berbicara Melalui Media
Telepon Pada Siswa Kelas II MIS Nuruttaqwa Polohungo Kecamatan Dulupi

Masalah dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan Apakah dengan menggunakan media
telepon kemampuan berbicara siswa di Kelas II MIS Nuruttaqwa Polohungo
Kecamatan Dulupi Kabupaten Boalemo dapat ditingkatkan? Tujuan penelitian ini
untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa melalui media telepon di Kelas
II MIS Nuruttaqwa Polohungo Kecamatan Dulupi Kabupaten Boalemo.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, pada observasi awal terdapat 5 orang
siswa (31,25) dari 16 siswa Kelas II MIS Nuruttaqwa Polohungo yang memiliki
kemampuan menyampaikan pesan. Selanjutnya pada Siklus I presentasinya
mencapai 56,25%, ini berarti terjadi peningkatan menjadi 9 siswa dari 5 siswa
sebelumnya. Pada Siklus II sebagian besar siswa sudah mampu menyampaikan
pesan, yang sebelumnya pada siklus I hanya 56, 25 % pada siklus II mengalami
peningkatan 87,5 % atau 14 siswa. Dengan demikian perkembangan kemampuan
menyampaikan pesan siswa sudah mencapai ketuntasan dengan indikator kinerja
yang mencapai 75 % dari hasil yang ditetapkan.
Dari hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penggunaan
media telepon ternyata dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa di Kelas
II MIS Nuruttaqwa Polohungo Kecamatan Dulupi Kabupaten Boalemo, dengan
demikian bahwa hipotesis tindakan yang telah dirumuskan terbukti dan dapat
diterima.
Kata Kunci : Berbicara dan Media Telepon.

The problem statement of the research is speaking ability by using telephone
approach effective in increase the students speaking improve? The purpose of this
research is to improve the student’s ability through telephone media at second
grade in MIS Nuruttaqwa Polohungo Kecamatan Dulupi Kabupaten Boalemo.
These results indicate that, in preliminary observation are 5 student (31.25) of the
16 student in second grade MIS Nuruttaqwa Polohungo who have the ability to
convey a message. Later in the cycle I presentation reached 56.25%, this mean an
increase in student from 5 to 9 previous students. On Cycle II most of the students
were able to convey the message, which earlier in the cycle I only 56, 25% in the
second cycle has increased 87.5% or 14 students. Thus the development of
students’ ability to convey the message has reached the thoroughness with which
the performance indicator reaches 75% of the result set.
From the findings of this class action can be concluded that the use of media
phones may increase the ability of speaking students in the class II MIS
Nuruttaqwa Polohungo Kecamatan Dulupi Kabupaten Boalemo was improved.
