Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini bagaimana kemampuan siswa menulis huruf tegak bersambung di kelas II MIT Al-Ishlah Kota Gorontalo? Tujuan penelituan ini untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis huruf tegak bersambung di kelas II MIT Al-Ishlah Kota Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif.
Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 25 siswa kelas II, siswa yang sudah mampu menulis huruf tegak bersambung berjumlah 7 orang siswa atau 28%, sedangkan siswa yang belum mampu menulis huruf tegak bersambung berjumlah 18 orang siswa atau 72%. Dari data tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam menulis huruf tegak bersambung di kelas II MIT Al-Ishlah masih sangat rendah.

Pd The problem of this research how letter writing ability students in grade at MIT Al - Ishlah Gorontalo City ? The purpose of this research was to describe the ability of students in letter writing in class II upright continued MIT Al - Ishlah city of Gorontalo . The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative . The results showed 25 student at II , students who are able to write letters upright serial numbered 7 students or 28 % , while students who have not been able to write letters upright serial numbering 18 students or 72 % .
