Ridwan Hunawa. 2018. Peran Guru dalam Mengatasi Kesulitan Belajar Siswa Pada Pembelajaran PKn di Kelas IV SDN 2 Suwawa Kecamatan Suwawa Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Skripsi, Jurusan Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Fakultas Ilmu pendidikan Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Dengan pembimbing I Dra. Hj. Elmia Umar, M.Pd dan pembimbimbing II Samsi Pomalingo, S.Ag., MA.
Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apa yang menjadi faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa kelas IV SDN II Suwawa pada mata pelajaran PKn dan bagaimana peran guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa pada pembelajaran PKn , dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn dan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa pada pembelajaran PKn. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, penilaian, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Peran Guru dalam Mengatasi Kesulitan Belajar Siswa Pada Pembelajaran PKn di Kelas IV SDN 2 Suwawa Kecamatan Suwawa Kabupaten Bone Bolango adalah (1) Faktor internal,Siswa yang dapat memahami pelajaran PKn di kelas IV mencapai persentasi 50% dan 50% memahami pelajaran PKn ,siswa yang memahami pelajaran PKn dikarenakan siswa tersebut suka dengan pelajaran PKn dan senang dengan gurunya. (2) Faktor eksternal dukungan atau kontrol dari orang tua siswa masih kurang dan cara mengajar guru masih kurang mengena pada siswa. Dari dua faktor tersebut maka siswa jarang mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan guru dirumah, siswa jarang belajar ketika belajar dirumah.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa guru masih belum bisa memberikan seluruh kebutuhan siswa, dikarenakan ada beberapa kendala dari guru itu sendiri, selain jarak rumah guru itu sangat jauh dari sekolah juga fasilitas sekolah yang belum memenuhi standart pendidikan.

The problem of this study is what are the factors that cause the difficulties of fourth-gradestudents in SDN II Suwawaregarding the problem of Civics Education and how is the role of teachers in overcoming studentsâ learning difficulties on the subjects. This study aims to findout and describe the factors that cause students learning difficulties on Civics Education and describe the role of teachers in overcoming studentsâ learning difficulties on Civics Education. The method that used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptiveresearch type which in collectingng the data through interviews, observations, assessments, questionnaires, and documentation.
Based on the results of the study,itis found that two factors cause the role of teachers in overcoming studentsâ learning difficulties in learning Civics education the research area are: 1) internal factors, which students can understand Civics education because the students have interest toward the subjects and are happy with the teacher. 2) the external factors, the support or control of parents for students are still lacking, and the method that the teachers use in teaching is still less attractive to students. Therefore , the students become have less interest to study at home. Moreover, it can be concluded that the teachers could not provid students need in the learning process with is caused by several factors and obstacles from the teacher it self such as distance of teachersâ house to school and the school facilities that have not met the education standard
