Pipii, Superdi. 2018. Hubungan Antara Pemahaman Operasi Hitung Bilangan Dengan Kemampuan Menyelesaikan Soal Pengukuran Volume Kubus dan Balok pada Siswa Kelas V SDN 32 Kota Selatan Kota Gorontalo. Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat hubungan antara pemahaman operasi hitung bilangan dengan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal pengukuran volume kubus dan balok pada siswa kelas V SDN 32 Kota Selatan Kota Gorontalo. Tujuan penelitian yakni untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemahaman operasi hitung bilangan dengan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal pengukuran volume kubus dan balok pada siswa kelas V SDN 32 Kota Selatan Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik korelasional dan eks-post fakto pada seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 18.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi product moment sebesar 0,78 dengan tingkat signifikan koefisien determinasi sebesar 61% dan uji keberartian koefisien korelasi dengan uji t diperoleh harga thitung (4,986) > harga ttabel (2,120) untuk taraf kesalahan =0,05 pada derajat kebebasan (n-2). Yang berarti bahwa 61% yang tingkat signifikannya berkorelasi positif antara pemahaman operasi hitung bilangan dengan kemampuan siswa menyelesaikan soal pengukuran volume kubus dan balok, serta terdapat 39% variabel lainnya yang berkontribusi terhadap kemampuan siswa menyelesaikan soal tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pemahaman operasi hitung bilangan dengan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal pengukuran volume kubus dan balok pada siswa kelas V SDN 32 Kota Selatan Kota Gorontalo.

The problem of this research is whether or not there is a correlation between students' understanding in counting operations and their ability in solving the measurement of cubes and blocks volume at grade V of Elementary School SDN 32 Kota Selatan, Gorontalo. This research is intended to identify the correlation between students' understanding in counting operations and their ability in solving the measurement of cubes and blocks volume at its area. It involved 18 students at grade V by employing correlation and ex-post facto techniques.
The results show that the value of product-moment correlation coefficient is 0.78 with 61% of the significant level of determination coefficient and significance test of correlation coefficient with t-test is tcount(4,986)> ttable (2,120) for error level = 0,05 at degrees of freedom (n-2). This means that 61% of the significant level is positively correlated by the students' understanding in numerical counting and their ability to solve the cubes and block volume measurements, and there are 39% of other variables that contribute to the students' ability to solve the problem. This research concludes that there is a correlation between students' understanding in counting operations and their ability to solve the problem of measuring the volume of cubes and blocks at grade V of Elementary School SDN 32 Kota Selatan, Gorontalo.
