Abstract
ABSTRAK Wahyuni Saliko 2019. Meningkatkan Kemampuan Menulis Permulaan Melalui Media Gambar Pada Siswa Kelas I SDN 105 Kota Utara, Kota Gorontalo, skripsi. Jurusan Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pembimbing I Dra. Evi Hasim, M.Pd Dan Pembimbing II Wiwy Triyanti Pulukadang, S.Pd, M.Pd. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah melalui Media Gambar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis permulaan pada siswa kelas I SDN 105 Kota Utara, Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis permulaan melalui media gambar pada siswa kelas I SDN 105 Kota Utara, Kota Gorontalo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil observasi awal menunjukan bahwa dari 18 siswa terdapat 3 siswa (17%) yang mampu menulis permulaan, sedangkan siswa yang belum mampu menulis permulaan masih 15 orang (83%). Setelah dilakukan siklus I pertemuan pertama mengalami peningkatan menjadi 5 orang (28%) yang mampu menulis permulaan. Siklus I pertemuan dua mengalami peningkatan menjadi 10 orang (56%) yang mampu menulis permulaan. Dan pada siklus II pertemuan pertama kembali mengalami peningkatan menjadi 14 orang (78%) yang mampu menulis permulaan. Kemudian pada siklus II pertemuan dua meningkat menjadi 16 orang (89%) yang mampu menulis permulaan sedangkan sisanya 2 orang (11%) yang belum mampu menulis permulaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui media gambar kemampuan menulis permulaan pada siswa kelas I SDN 105 Kota Utara Kota Gorontalo meningkat. The problem in this study is whether through the Media Pictures can improve the ability to start writing in grade I students of SDN 105 Kota Utara, Gorontalo City. This study aims to improve the beginning of writing skills through drawing media in the first grade students of SDN 105 Kota Utara, Gorontalo City. This type of research is classroom action research. The results of preliminary observations showed that out of 18 students there were 3 students (17%) who were able to write the beginning, while students who were not yet able to write the beginning were 15 people (83%). After the first cycle, the first meeting increased to 5 people (28%) who were able to write the beginning. The first cycle of the second meeting increased to 10 people (56%) who were able to write the beginning. And in the second cycle the first meeting again increased to 14 people (78%) who were able to write the beginning. Then in the second cycle the second meeting increased to 16 people (89%) who were able to write the beginning while the remaining 2 people (11%) were not able to write the beginning. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that through the picture media the ability to start writing in grade I students at SDN 105 Kota Utara Kota Gorontalo increased.
