Abstract
ABSTRAK Febriyanti Yunus, 2020. Meningkatkan Kemampuan Menyimak Cerita Anak Melalui Media Film Animasi pada Siswa Kelas IV SDN 2 Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo, Skripsi. Jurusan Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pembimbing I Dr. Rusmin Husain, M.Pd dan Pembimbing II Dr. Rustam I. Husain, S.Ag, M.Pd. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah melalui media film animasi kemampuan menyimak cerita anak pada siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo dapat meningkat? Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak cerita anak melalui media film animasi pada siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pada observasi awal diperoleh data dari 21 siswa hanya 5 siswa (24%) siswa termasuk pada kategori mampu menyimak cerita anak dan 16 siswa (76%) yang tidak mampu menyimak cerita anak. Pada siklus I pertemuan 1 sebanyak 7 (33%) yang mampu menyimak cerita anak dan yang tidak mampu 14 siswa (67%), ketika masuk pada siklus I perteman 2 terjadi peningkatan menjadi 10 siswa (48%) yang mampu menyimak cerita anak sedangkan yang tidak mampu 11 siswa (52%). Jumlah dan presentase tersebut meningkat pada siklus II pertemuan 1 menjadi 16 siswa (76%) yang mampu menyimak cerita anak dan yang tidak mampu 5 siswa (24%), kemudian pada siklus II pertemuan 2 terjadi peningkatan sebanyak 19 siswa (90%) yang mampu menyimak cerita anak sedangkan sisanya 2 siswa (10%) yang tidak mampu menyimak cerita anak. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan menyimak cerita anak melalui media film animasi pada siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo Meningkat. Husain, S.Ag, M.Pd. The research problem was whether or not animated film media could improve the skill of listening to childrenâs stories at students Grade IV of SDN 2 Tilango, Gorontalo District. The aim this research was to improve the skill of listening to childrenâs stories through animated film media at students Grade IV of SDN 2 Tilango, Gorontalo Distict. This was a Classroom Action Research (CAR) that consisted of two cycles. The finding revealed that the initial observation obtained out of 21 stuents there were only 5 students (23%) categorized able to listen to childrenâs stories, and 16 students (76%) were not able. At cycle 1 meeting 1, there ere 7 students (33%) who were able to listen to childrenâs stories and as much as 14 students (67%) who were not able, then at cycle I meeting II the results increased to 10 students (48%) who were able to listen to childrenâs story and 11 students (52%) who were not able. Furthermore, the amount and percentage had an improvement at cycle II meeting I to become 16 students (76%) who were able to listen to childrenâs story while students who were not able were 5 students (24%). At cycle II meeting II, the results inncreased to 19 students (90%) who were able to listen to childrenâs stories and the rest were 2 students (10%) who were not able. In conclusion, the skill of listening to childrenâs stories through animated film media at students Grade IV of SDN 2 Tilango, Gorontalo District, has improved.
