Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah ..."Apakah melalui model Reciprocal Teaching dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa Kelas IV SDN 4 Bulango Timur?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa melalui model Reciprocal Teaching siswa kelas 4 SDN IV Bulango Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi.
Pada observasi awal sebanyak 4 orang siswa atau sebesar 19% dari 21 siswa memiliki kemampuan berbicara. Pada siklus I setelah menggunakan model Reciprocal Teaching mengalami peningkatan menjadi 14 orang siswa atau 66% dan Pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 18 orang siswa atau 85% dari 21 jumlah siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Reciprocal Teaching dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa pada kelas IV di SDN 4 Bulango Timur.

problem discusset in this research was, '' does reciprocal teaching model improve students' speaking skil at grade IV of SDN 4 bolango timur?''. the research objective was to improve students' speaking skill through the reciprocal teaching model at grade IV of SDN 4 bolango timur. the research method used classroom action research, the technigue of data collection used observation, test, and documentation.
In initial observation, 4 students or 19% aut of 21 students had speaking skill. the application of reciprocal teaching model in cycle I had improved the rosult to 14 students or 66% and improved to 18 students or 85% in cycle II. based on the findings, it was concluded that the reciprocal teaching model could improve students' speaking skill at grade IV of SDN 4 bulango timur.
