Abstract
ABSTRAK
Fitriyanti Palowa Nim 211 408 164 “Pengaruh Penempatan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Gorontalo”. Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dibawah bimbingan Supardi Nani, SE, M.Si dan Moh. Agussalim Monoarfa, SE, MM
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis pengaruh penempatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Gorontalo.dengan jumlah sampel 56 orang siswa. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif.
Dari hasil perhitungan statistik, koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,68 dan Koefisien Determinasi r^2= 46,24%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja pegawai sebesar 51% di tentukan oleh penempatan kerja sedangkan sisanya 53,76% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain, sedangkan daftar distribusi t pada taraf nyata 5% (? = 0,05) di peroleh t_daftar = 2,01, dari hasil tersebut di peroleh t_hitunglebih besar dari pada t_daftar (6,84 ?2,01) atau harga t_hitung telah berada di luar penerimaan H_0, sehingga korelasi di atas benar-benar signifikan. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang menyatakan “Penempatan Kerja Berpengaruh Positif Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Gorontalo”, diterima.
