Usu, S.Pd, M.A (2) Farid Muhamad, S.Pd, M.A. This study mainly concerns about the issue of Racism, in which it is a product of the complex interaction in a given society of a race-based worldview with prejudice, stereotyping, and discrimination. Further, there is a strong link between Racism and Movie, in which Movies is a medium to record events that happen in a community and display it in a screen. The "Glory Road" movie is a story describing the real phenomenon of racism in 1965 in America. This study aims to determine the values of racism illustrated through bullying and the message of the "Glory Road" movie. This study is qualitative study using Genetic Structural approach by Lucien Goldmann , 1968.The theory emphasizes that literary works not only has the intrinsic elements, but also the extrinsic elements. This research believes that intrinsic elements in this movie such as character, plot and setting have the values of racism. This research believes that intrinsic elements in this movie such as character, plot and setting have the values of racism.Consequently, this research also reveals one important thing that is particular physical characteristics of skin color cannot be used as a measurement to see the ability and intelligence.
