ABSTRACT Nelvi Susanti Mohi. 2017. Nim: 321410145. Skripsi: "Students' Perception toward the Application Model of Team Teaching in English Class". Department of English Education, Faculty of Letters and Culture, State University of Gorontalo. Advisor: (1) Dr. Hj. Hanisah Hanafi, M.Pd, Advisor (II) Nonny Basalama, M.A, Ph.D. This study is focused on how students perceive on the application models of team teaching in English class. This study was done in Kids2success English Course Gorontalo Centre with the purpose to describe the students' perception toward the application model of team teaching in English class. This study consists of 3 classes for observation and 15 participants for interview. Techniques of collecting the data were observation and interview. The data were analyzed by using descriptive qualitative. The result of this research shows that students' perception toward the application model of team teaching in English class; The application of models of team teaching is determined by students need, the learning process is effective with team teachers in class, students learn best when they are focused and young learners can learn faster with team teaching. The result of this research suggested that team teaching can be an alternative way to create effective teaching and learning English in class.
