This research studied about teachers' strategies in teaching English vocabulary to young learner. This was qualitative descriptive text with the objective of research is to find out what strategy used by the English teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Terpadu Al Ishlah. Subject of research is focused on the two English teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Terpadu Al Ishlah who has taught in the fourth and fift grades. Technique of collecting the data in this research are direct observation, interview, and documentation. To analyze the data used some steps, the first is Identifyng the data, the second is classifyng the data, and the last steps is interpreting the data. The result of this research that the researcher found the teachers used some strategies in teaching such as picture, realia, textbook, behavioral strategy, giving rewards, and games.
