Abstract
ABSTRACT Nassya Denada K, 2016. Exploring the English Teacher's Problems in English Teaching for Blind Students. English Department, Letter and Culture Faculty, Gorontalo State University. Principle supervisor (1) Dr. Hj. Rasuna Thalib, M.Hum. Co supervisor (2) Yusna Bantulu, S.Pd, MA. This research identifies the process of English teaching learning and the problems face by an English teacher in teaching English for blind students using Braille at SMPLB Kab Gorontalo. This research explores the implementation of English language teaching for blind students through qualitative methods. There are 6 problems found by the teacher in teaching English that taken as the data. Those data were obtained by using observation and interview technique. The result show that there are 6 problem faced by an English teacher in teaching English but the dominant problems that usually occur is (1) students keep using their own language and, (2) students are uncooperative.
