The Using of Anagram Technique to Improve Students' Vocabulary Mastery (A Research conducted at Eleventh Grade Students' of Science Class A SMA Negeri 1 Paguyaman.) Skripsi. Principal Advisor Dr. Sartin T. Miolo, M.Hum and Sri Rumiyatinigsih Luwiti, S.pd., M.pd This research is aimed to find out whether or not the use of anagram technique can improve the students' English vocabulary mastery at the eleventh-grade students of science class A SMA Negeri 1 Paguyaman. This research used pre-experimental design one group pre-test and post-test, which is the effects of treatments is seen by the difference between the pr-test and post-test score. The sample of the data was eleventh grade students of Science class A of SMA Negeri 1 Paguyaman. The researcher took twenty five students as the sample. The researcher collected the data using an instrument test that included a pre- and post-test. The data analysis of this research is using T-test. The students' mean score of pre-test is (45.6). By the end of the study, the mean score of the students' is (75.2). It was improved, with the t-test result tcount 2.747 higher than ttable 1.711. The result indicates that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. So, it can be concluded that anagram technique can improve the students' vocabulary mastery. Keywords: Vocabulary Mastery, Anagram Technique
