Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membandingkan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung pada materi relasi dan fungsi di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kabila Bone. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa di kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan perhitungan Analisis Kovarians ( ANAKOVA), diperoleh F^*=10,796. Setelah dibandingkan dengan nilai F_tabel=F_((0,05;1;37))=4,105 diperoleh F^*=10,796>F_tabel=4,105, maka H0 ditolak. Yang berarti hasil belajar matematika siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Auditory Intellectualy Repetition (AIR) lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Langsung pada materi relasi dan fungsi di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kabila Bone. Kata kunci: Model Auditory Intellectualy Repetition, Hasil Belajar, Materi Relasi dan Fungsi This study aimed to determine the comparison of students' mathematics learning outcomes who were taught using the Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) learning model with the students' mathematics learning outcomes who were taught using the direct learning model in the relations and functions material in Grade VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Kabila Bone. The finding of this present study denoted that there were differences in students' mathematics learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class. The calculation of the analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) obtained F* of 10.796. After being compared with the value of Ftable (F(0,05);1;37)) of 4.105, it was known that F* of 10.796 was lower than Ftable of 4.105, then H0 was rejected. This meant that the students' mathematics learning outcomes who were taught using the Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) learning model were higher than the students' mathematics learning outcomes who were taught using the direct learning model in the relations and functions material in Grade VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Kabila Bone.
