Red leaf hibiscus (Abelmoschus manihot L. Medik) contain flavonoid functioned as axtioxidant. This research aimed at investigating the best extract and concentration of red leaf hibiscus (Abelmoschus manihot L. Medik) in increasing viability of mice (Mus musculus) spermayozoa that were given fermented alcoholic beverage. The method of research was laboratory experimental research by having The Separate Pretest Posttest Only Control Group Design with complete random design. The experimental groups consisted of 5 grouph with 6 repititions : Experimental group 1: red leaf hibiscus extract 20%, experimental group 2: red leaf hibiscus extract 40%, and experimental group 3: red leaf hibiscus extract 60%, and control (+) group: 0,21ml alcoholic beverage and control (-): 1ml aquades. Based on the statistical test result, it gained Fcount (18,424)>Ftable (2,78) means that HO was rejected and H1 was accepted. Thus, red leaf hibiscus (Abelmoschus manihot L. Medik) influenced the viability of mice (Mus musculus) spermatozoa that were given fermented alcoholic beverage and the best concentration of red leaf hibiscus (Abelmoschus manihot L. Medik) in increasing the mice spermatozoa viability was concentration 60%.
