Abstract
ABSTRAK Yakop Umar. 2015. Uji Kandungan Asam Sianida (HCN) pada Ubi Teo (Tacca leontopetaloides) yang Difermentasi dengan Aspergillus niger. Skripsi, Jurusan Biologi, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (MIPA), Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pembimbing I Prof. Dr. Ani M. Hasan, M.Pd dan Pembimbing II Dr. Asep Suryana Abdurrahmat, M.Kes Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan asam sianida (HCN) pada ubi teo (Tacca leontopetaloides) yang difermentasi Aspergillus niger dengan interval waktu 0 jam, 24 jam, 48 jam dan 72 jam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pra eksperimental dan analisis data merupakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melihat kandungan asam sianida selama fermentasi kemudian dinarasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aspergillus niger mampu menghidrolisis glukosida sianogenik dimana sebelum fermentasi sebesar 40,13 ppm setelah difermentasi selama 72 jam sebesar 16,03 ppm. Hasan, MPd and the co-supervisor was Dr. Asep Suryana Abdurrahmat, M.Kes The research aimed at investigating cyanide (HCN) in Tacca leontopetaloides fermented by Aspergillus niger with interval of 0 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours. The method used is the pre-experimental methods and analysis is quantitative descriptive analysis by looking at the content of cyanide during fermentation later narrated. The results showed that Aspergillus niger has the ability to hydrolyze cyanogenic glycosides which before fermentation at 40.13 ppm after fermented 72 hours at 16.03 ppm.
