Abstract
ABSTRAKNurlaila Nasadi. Identifikasi kemampuan siswa kelas X SMA Prasetya Gorontalo dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal persamaan reaksi kimia. Skripsi Jurusan Pendidikan Kimia Program Pendidikan Strata 1 (S1) Fakultas Matematika dan IPA Universitas Negeri Gorontalo (UNG).Dibimbing oleh Dr. Hj. Astin P. Lukum, M.Si dan Erni Mohamad, S.Pd, M.Si.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan mengetahui kemampuan siswa kelas X SMA Prasetya Gorontalo dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal persamaan reaksi kimia.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes sebagai instrumen. Hasil uji validasi tes adalah 93,33% dan reliabilitas 0,88.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal persamaan reaksi kimia tentang: (1) menjelaskan pengertian persamaan reaksi kimia (59%), (2) menyetarakan persamaan reaksi kimia (38%), (3) menentukan koefisien reaksi kimia (27%), (4) mengidentifikasi persamaan reaksi kimia (38%)Kemampuan siswa kelas X SMA Prasetya Gorontalo dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal persamaan reaksi kimia berada pada kategori kurang yakni total rata-rata yang diperoleh (40,5%) Kata kunci :Persamaan reaksi kimia, kemampuan siswaABSTRACTNurlaila Nasadi Identification ability class X SMA Prasetya Gorontalo to solve the problems of chemical reaction equation .Thesis Department of Education Chemistry Education Program Tier 1 (S1) Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, State University of Gorontalo (UNG). Data collection technique used as a test instrument.Test validation test results are 93.33% and 0.88 reliability.The results showed that students ability to solve the problems of the chemical reaction equation: (1) describes the notion of equality of chemical reactions (59%), (2) to equalize the chemical reaction (38%) , (3) determine the coefficient of chemical reactions (27%), (4) identify the chemical reaction (38%)The ability of class X SMA Prasetya Gorontalo in solving problems of chemical reaction equations are in the category of less than the average total obtained (40.5%)Keywords : Equation of chemical reactions , the ability of students
