Abstract

Rinriyanti. 2020, Identifikasi Miskonsepsi Siswa Pada Materi Larutan Peyangga SMA Negeri 1 Kabila. Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan Kimia, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, Pembimbing I Prof. Dr. Astin Lukum, M.Si dan Pembimbing II Drs. Mangara Sihaloho, M.Pd.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi persentase miskonsepsi siswa pada materi larutan penyangga di SMA Negeri 1 Kabila. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriftif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Three tier tes. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah kelas XII MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Kabila dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 siswa. Data penelitian di peroleh dari jawaban siswa pada soal three tier test. Data tersebut diolah berdasarkan pola jawaban siswa yang kemudian di kelompokkan ke dalam kategori paham konsep, miskonsepsi error 1, miskonsepsi error 2, miskonsepsi error 3 dan tidak paham konsep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kategori miskonsepsi error 1 (MK1) memiliki persentase sebesar 0%, miskonsepsi error 2 (MK2) memiliki persentase sebesar 15%, dan kategori miskonsepsi error 3 (MK3) memiliki persentase sebesar 33%. Sedangkan paham konsep didapatkan persentase sebesar 10% dan tidak paham konsep itu didapatkan persentase sebesar 42%.

The research aims to identify the percentage of students misconception at Buffer Solution Material at SMA Negeri 1 Kabila. The research method uses qualitative with Descriptive research design, while the instrument employs a Three-tier test. The Research subject used is Grade XII MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Kabila, with the numbers of samples are 80 students. Whereas the research data are obtained from students answers to the question of the three-tier test. The data are processed based on the pattern of students answers and are then classified into the category of understanding concept, misconception error 1, misconception error 2, misconception error 3, and do not understand concept. Findings reveal that the category of misconception error 1, (MK1) has a percentage of 0%, misconception error 2, (MK2) has a percentage of 15%, and the category of misconception error 3, (MK3) has a percentage of 33%. Meanwhile, the category of understand concept obtains a percentage of 10% and do Not understand concept obtains a percentage of 42%.
