ABSTRAK
Wahid Jamil . 2014. Hubungan Minat Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Geografi Kelas XA dan XB SMA Negeri 7 Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk dapat mengungkapkan permasalahan tentang hubungan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan minat belajar geografi dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 7 Halmahera Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Untuk memperoleh data yang diinginkan dan sesui dengan kepentingan penjelasan maka penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui Angket dan Dokumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah analisis regresi dan korelasi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini ditemukan hal-hal sebagai berikut : 1). Pengujian normalitas data dengan teknik yang sesuai, data mengenai Minat belajar sebagai variabel X dan hasil belajar sebagai variabl Y menunjukan distribusi normal. 2). Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data penelitian diperoleh persamaan Regresi Y =60,21+0,18X. Hal ini berarti bahwa setiap terjadi perubahan setiap satu unit pada variabel X, maka akan di ikuti perubahan sebesar satu unit variabel Y sebesar 0,18X unit pada konstanta 60,21. Berdasarkan pengujuan hipotesis yang telah dilkukan, maka dapat diketahui bahwa hipotesis penelitian yang berbunyi Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara minat belajar geografi dan hasil belajar geografi pada siswa dapat di terima dengan kofesien korelasi r = 0,3507 dan r2 = 0,1229 atau 12,29 %. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa minat belajar memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan hasil belajar siswa.

This study intends to reveal the problems of interest in studying the effect of student learning outcomes . As for the purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of interest in studying geography with learning outcomes Xa and xb grade students at SMAN 7 Central Halmahera . The method used in this study is a quantitative method . To obtain the desired data and interests within their explanations , the authors use the technique of data collection through questionnaire , Documentation . The technique used to analyze the data is the regression and correlation analysis . Simple . Based on the results of data analysis in this study found the following : 1 ) . Testing normality of the data in the appropriate techniques , data on Interest in learning as a learning outcome variables X and Y as variables showed a normal distribution . 2 ) . Based on the results of data processing were obtained regression equation Y = 60.2178 +0.1881 X. This means that any changes in any one unit in the variable X , then it will be followed by one unit change in the variable Y for X units of the constants 0.1881 60.2178 . Based on the hypothesis that has dilkukan pengujuan , it can be seen that the hypothesis which says There is a significant positive effect between interest in learning geography and geography on student learning outcomes can be received by kofesien correlation r = 0.3504 and r2 = 0.1231 or 12 , 31 % . This shows that the interest in learning have a strong influence to the student learning outcomes
