Abstract
Sri Andika. Pengaruh model pembelajaran pencapaian konsep terhadap hasil belajar geografi siswa. Penelitian ini penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara hasil belajar geografi siswa pada kelas yang digunakan model pencapaian konsep dengan kelas yang menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Picture and Picture pada mata pelajaran Geografi kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Bokat. Pembimbing I Dr. Sunarty S. Eraku, S.Pd, M.Pd dan pembimbing II Ahmad Zainuri, S.Pd, MT, Program studi S1 Pendidikan Geografi, jurusan Ilmu dan Teknologi Kebumian, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.
Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang di laksanakan dalam 2 siklus dengan instrumen penelitian yang di gunakan adalah lembar kegiatan guru,lembar kegiatan siswa,dan analisis hasil belajar. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Ips, dengan jumlah 27 orang terdiri dari 12 orang siswa laki-laki dan 15 orang siswa perempuan. Hasil penelitan dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran penerapan model pembelajaran pencapaian konsep berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar geografi Pada Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Bokat. Hasil pengaruh ini menjadi suatu gambaran bahwa dengan pembelajaran pencapaian konsep melatih siswa untuk lebih tanggap dalam hal memahami konsep yang diajarkan oleh guru. penggunaan model ini akan lebih efektif jika siswa sudah memililki pengalaman tentang konsep yang akan dipelajari itu. Sedangkan tujuan berpikir kritis menekankan pada kemampuan siswa dalam menguji hipotesis, mengapa suatu hipotesis itu diterima, dimodifikasi, atau ditolak. Siswa harus dilatih dalam menciptakan jenis-jenis kesimpulan, seperti membuat contoh pendukung, contoh penyangkal, dan sebagainya.

Sri Andika.The Influence of concept Achievent learning model towards the atudent' understanding of geography concept. This recearch is a classroom action recearch which aims at investigating the difference of students'understanding of geografhy concept at class treated by concept achievement model and class treated by picture type of cooperative learning model on geografhy subject at grade X in SMA Negeri 1 Bokat. Bachelor study program of geografhy education, Departement of earth science and technology, Faculty of mathematics and natural sciences, state university of gorontalo.
This research applies quantitative method which is conducted in 2 cycles. The research instruments are teacher's activity observation sheet, student't activity observation sheet, and learning achievement analysis. The research sampels are 34 student of class X IPS 3 comprising to 16 males and 18 females. Research concludes that the implementation of concept achievent learning model siignificantly influences the student's understanding of geografhy concept at grade X in SMA Negeri 1 Bokat. This result shows that concept learning achievent make student be faster in understanding the concept. The use of model is more effective if students had the experience about concept that will be taught. Meanwhile, the aim of critical thinking emphasizes to the studentsability in testing hypothesis, why a hypothesis is accepted, modified or rejected. Students should be rained in creating conclusions,such as making supporting examples,abjuration example,etc.
