Abstract
Abstrak : Dwi Fitri Muna Indah Sari. 2017. Persepsi Orang Tua Terhadap Penerapan Full Day School (Suatu Penelitian di Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Telaga). Penerapan full day school masih dalam pro dan kontra karena siswa dituntut untuk sehari penuh berada di sekolah dengan tambahan ekstrakurikuler yang merupakan salah satu kegiatan di luar jam sekolah. Penerapan full day school di SMA Negeri 1 Telaga masih dalam tahap uji coba hal ini masih dikaji lebih dalam agar untuk mengetahui suatu mutu dari penerapan full day school berhasil atau tidak. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi orang tua siswa terhadap penerapan full day school di SMA Negeri 1 Telaga. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner (angket), jenis angket yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan skala likers. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 347 orang tua siswa dengan sampel berjumlah 50 orang tua siswa seluruh kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Telaga. Hasil penelitian didapat persepsi orang tua siswa terhadap penerapan full day school yang diukur dari indikator persepsi berupa pandangan, tanggapan, dan perasaan dengan dimensi waktu, tempat, kegiatan, biaya dan kesiapan, sebagai berikut : dimensi waktu diperoleh persentase sebesar 55.9% dengan kategori kurang baik, dimensi tempat diperoleh persentase sebesar 52.92% dengan kategori kurang baik, dimensi kegiatan diperoleh persentase sebesar 58.08% dengan kategori cukup, biaya diperoleh persentase sebesar 43.88% dengan ketegori kurang baik, dan dimensi kesiapan diperoleh persentase sebesar 48.88% dengan kategori kurang baik. Persepsi orang tua siswa secara keseluruhan dapat diperoleh persentase sebesar 51.93% dengan kategori kurang baik. Abstrack : Dwi Fitri Muna Indah Sari. 2017. Parents' Perception Toward Implementation Of Full Day School (A research in Class X of SMAN 1 Telaga). The implementation of full day school is still in pros and cons due to students are required to stay in school for a whole day long with additional extracurricular which becomes one of activities out of school hours. The implementation of full day school in SMAN 1 Telaga is still in a trial which requires to be examined deeper in order to investigate the quality of it whether or not it is successful. This research aims to investigate parents' perception toward the implementation of full day school in SMAN 1 Telaga. This is a descriptive quantitative research. Data of the research are collected through questionnaire, particularly using likers scale. Then, the data are analyzed by using descriptive statistics. Population of this research is 347 students' parents while the samples are 50 of them. Research finding reveals that parents' perception towards the implementation of full day school which was measured by indicators of perception namely view, response and feeling with dimension of time, activity, cost and readiness are elaborated as dimension of time is 55.9% with less good category, dimension of place is 52.92% with less good category, dimension of activity is 58.08% with less good category, dimension of cost is 43.88% with adequate category and dimension of readiness is 48.88% with less good category.
